Press Release: ALUMinate Acquires Rights to Uprising Technology’s Advancement Solutions and Hires Former Key Employees

Chicago, September 5, 2019—ALUMinate, Inc. announced today that it has acquired rights to the software platform previously licensed by Uprising Technology to leading universities. The acquisition includes its Search and Data Integration platform, Comprehensive Data Enrichment solutions, Identity Provider tools, and Volunteer Portal and Alumni Directory applications. ALUMinate is now marketing the data enrichment and analytics solutions under the name MATCH’d, offering industry-leading solutions that ensure newly acquired donor and prospect information and profile data is correctly matched with the client entity, and pre-processed and formatted data modules that facilitate easy updates to the client’s CRM without requiring time-consuming manual data entry.

Rishika Kondaveeti joins ALUMinate as the Director of Data Analytics; she’s responsible for development, client implementation, and application of MATCH’d Data Solutions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois. Rishika was instrumental in developing the enrichment and analytics algorithms at Uprising Technology and continues to enhance and expand the solutions at ALUMinate.

Theresa Voigt brings over 15 years of advancement experience to ALUMinate as Director of Donor Strategy and Relations. Formerly Client Happiness Manager at Uprising Technology, Theresa also served as Senior Associate Director at the University of Chicago Alumni Association, where she oversaw the engagement strategy and metrics of 200+ regional alumni volunteers, as well as expanded the profile of the alumni awards program and event series. In addition, she was the lead project manager for UChicago’s peer-to-peer engagement platform. Theresa has over a decade of experience planning strategic regional events to cultivate and engage donors and alumni.
